A very large package of works with a challenging time frame was completed successfully. The Main Retail Area Floor Slab - 6,970m2 completed in 4 pours between 27 July 2012 and 17 August 2012. The Yard Slab Area - 2,124m2 completed in 3 pours between 14 August 2012 and 4 September 2012. The Cafe, Entry and footpath - 635m2 completed in 2 pours on 30 August 2012 and 8 October 2012. The Garden Centre - 1,575m2 completed in 2 pours on 1 and 3 October 2012.
