Office Administrator Auckland

Conset Construction is a prominent name in the concrete construction industry, with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a result, we are pleased to announce that we are expanding our team and looking for a experienced Office Administrator to join us on this journey.

This is a part time position, 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 

As the Office Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. 

The responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all office administrative activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Company policies and procedures. 
  • Coordinating agendas, travel arrangements, appointments and other as required. 
  • Handling all reception duties, including managing phone calls and correspondence.
  • Assisting the QS department with archiving and administration tasks as required.
  • Supporting the H&S and HR departments with administration duties. 
  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting support or assistance with IT requests as required.
  • Tracking, ordering, and unpacking office supplies, IT equipment, kitchen supplies, hygiene supplies and similar. 
  • Processing reports and office admin documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the planning of social events and end-of-year celebrations as required.
  • Undertaking any other administration duties as required.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous proven experience in an administrative role. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills. 
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and can work well under pressure.
