Health and Safety Facilitator Auckland

We are looking for a Health and Safety Facilitator to contribute to the health and safety of our people.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be administering and maintaining a comprehensive health and safety program in accordance with best practices at Conset Construction. 

Duties:

  • Support and promote the safe day to day operations and productivity of the Company by managing the H & S and quality practices.
  • Promoting the Conset way of working and emphasizing the importance of a high standard of performance in areas of safety, environment and quality.
  • Responsible for the full implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE system, policies, and procedures.
  • Implementation and management of an automation HSE platform.
  • Co-ordination of onsite QA documentation and process. 
  • Act as first point of contact representative of the Company in all HSE matters.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience with practical onsite Health and Safety experience.
  • Experience in Construction is essential. 
  • Experience in Formwork and Concrete will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience providing health and safety advice and guidance.
  • Proven experience in health and safety, audit, inspection and investigation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in health and safety legislation regulations and codes of practice.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Concrete Pump Operator Auckland

Concrete Pump Operator

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Pump Operator to join our team.

  • 3+ years experience as a Concrete Pump Operator.
  • Clean Class 2 Drivers Licence (Class 4 desirable).

Mechanical aptitude and an ability to troubleshoot.

Good communication with supervisors, clients and any other external or internal stakeholders.

Show initiative and competency in all work aspects.
You will be a dynamic individual with proven knowledge and experience in concrete pumping.

You will demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness toward all Health and Safety protocols and processes

Must be physically fit.

  • 1+ years experience as a Hose Hand is preferred.
