Receptionist / Admin Assistant Full Time Permanent Position

Receptionist / Admin Assistant

We are looking for a motivated task driven Receptionist / Admin Assistant that will undertake all administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.


Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management as and when required.
  • Reception duties, manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary with all administrative duties.
  • Ensure to office groceries and stationary as and when required.
  • Manage and issue Company mobile phones to staff.

Concrete Placer / Finishers

We are a leading high volume commercial concrete construction company based in Auckland.  Due to growth of the company we are looking for experienced Concrete Placer / Finisher who is passionate and reliable. Be part of a successful and busy team. 

Key Responsibilities and experience required:

  • Prep, Lay and Finish.
  • Raking, Screeding and Vibrating.
  • Walk-behind and Ride-on experience.
  • NZ Residency or a valid NZ work visa.
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to read and understand Site Plans is preferred, but not essential.
  • Show Initiative and competency in all work aspects.
